At Jets & Jewels we offer a wide variety of clothing to help make it easy for you! We offer pre-orders in order to provide the best prices for amazing quality on remakes, customize designs, & RUFFLES to ready to ship items! 

SHIPPING TIME

All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound)  and/or Priority Mail.

Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

All products purchased from Jets & Jewels Boutique are delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Jets & Jewels Boutique. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products are passed to you when Jets & Jewels Boutique delivers these items to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages/items. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located near Magnolia, TX we offer free local pickup!  Just choose local pick up.

We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
The original shipping will not be refunded on return to sender packages.
Customers are responsible for any return to sender fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package once a new shipping fee & returned to sender fees have been paid or provide a store credit for the order subtotal minus the shipping and returned to sender fee from the carrier. 

To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address.
